Under suspended loads and swing radius

Flags personnel beneath a suspended load or inside a crane swing radius or exclusion zone.

Machine envelope and robot-cell entry

Pinch and crush points

Surfaces hands or body reaching into pinch points, crushing zones and moving equipment.

Events push into your VMS, alerting and reporting stack through Fogsphere Manager, with dashboards broken down by area, shift and crew.

Risk & control objective

Line of fire is the category that covers struck-by, caught-between and crushing exposures, and the Q3 manufacturing paper is direct about what it delivers: near-miss data before incidents. These are exposures that resolve without harm the overwhelming majority of the time, which is exactly why they are never reported and never counted.

The control objective is a measured exposure rate per machine, per cell and per zone. Machinery safety regulation requires guarding and safe access; what it cannot tell an operator is which specific guard, cell or crane is being worked around most often. Continuous detection produces that ranking, and it produces it from the interactions that did not hurt anyone.
