Events push into your VMS, alerting and reporting stack through Fogsphere Manager, with dashboards broken down by area, shift and crew.
Risk & control objective
The Q3 logistics, manufacturing, chemical and transportation papers converge on the same set of numbers: forklift detection, tracking and utilisation; loading-bay and dock occupancy; truck and trailer dwell; staging-area congestion; live gate, yard and berth dashboards that cut average truck turn time. These are operations measurements first, and the safety value follows from them rather than the other way round.
The control objective is a factual account of where the fleet works and how the time is spent, held per vehicle and per zone. What the operator gains is a utilisation figure that survives a challenge — the basis for deciding whether a yard needs more trucks or better sequencing — and, from the same detections, visibility of the zone crossings a traffic plan is supposed to stop.
